NOTICE

SELECTION AND EMPANELMENT IN AIR FORCE SCHOOL, TAMBARAM 

          Applications are invited from eligible and desirous candidates for the post / empanelment of Nursery Trained Teachers (NTT) and Primary Teacher (PRT) in Air Force School Tambaram on contractual basis. The candidates should submit their application in plain paper clearly mentioning all details pertaining to Educational and desirable qualifications and Bio-data along with photographs and attested copies of all qualifying and experience certificates.

(a) NTT (Contractual) (Consolidated pay Rs 18000/-)

          (i) Senior Secondary with NTT diploma or diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-Primary Teachers Training from a Govt recognized institution.

          (ii)    Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English & Hindi. 21-50 years

(b) PRT(Contractual) (Consolidated pay Rs 28500/-)

          (i)    Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized board / 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education / 2-year Diploma in Education (special education) / Bachelor of Education (B Ed) from any NCTE recognized institution along with six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE.

          (ii)  Able to read, write and communicate fluently in English & Hindi. 21-50 years

Women candidates and physically challenged candidates will be given age relaxation up to a maximum of five years.

Ex-servicemen candidates who have put in not less than six months of continuous service in the Army, Navy or the Air Force shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from their actual age.

Candidates with at least two years continuous service in any Air Force School but presently not working in an Air Force School, will be given age relaxation up to the extent of such service rendered in Air Force School, subject to a maximum of two years.

Note: Applications submitted after due date and those not fulfilling eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected. The date of written test and interview will be intimated subsequently.
